I studied Biology and Dance at the University of Texas at Austin and later performed in multiple dance companies while also working as a scientist and chemist. A few years later, I obtained a doctorate degree in Pharmaceutical Science, also at the University of Texas at Austin. After 22 successful years in the pharmaceutical industry in R&D, formulation and product development, I made a career change into massage therapy; a passion and a healing therapy to me for many years.
I am trained in Swedish massage, stretch therapy, Thai massage and Thai stretching, as well as deep tissue work. I have an interest in serving the general population who require relaxation massage as well as dancers, athletes of all kinds, and people with specific injuries or needs that may require more focused body work.
I approach massage as a formulation, created specifically for each individual, flowing gracefully as a dance.
